ORDER
You can place orders by: online shop, e-mail shop@revoc.eu_ or directly to our distributors in your country.
.:REVOC:. is free to decline online orders.
If we do not execute an order, we will inform the person who placed the order without delay.
During placing an order the customer has to let us know his telephone/mobile number or e-mail address so that we could confirm the order.
Orders that we cannot confirm within next 5 consecutive days will not be considered.
You can place the order all year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Orders placed on weekdays after 16.00 CET, weekends or Polish holidays will be considered next regular weekday.

PRODUCTION PERIOD
Production normally takes from 24h to 5 working days since payment and order confirmation.
The production period will be confirmed by .:REVOC:. each time you order something.
SHIPPING
The cost of shipping is covered by the customer.
For exact cost of shipping you need to place an order and check the amount before order confirmation.

RIGHTS OF RETURN
You can return the goods received without stating your reasons within two weeks by sending the goods back.
The stipulated period starts at the earliest with the receipt of the goods and this guidance on returns.
To keep within the stipulated period, it suffices to send the goods off in good time.

In the case of a return being effective, both parties are to guarantee restitution of the services received and benefits of use (e.g. compensation for use) as the case may be.
The customer is obliged to hold the cost of return unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Payment for returned product will be sent to customer within three days after received products.
GUARANTEE
The statutory guarantee provisions apply.
Attention: guarantee applies when:
- failure does not result from: mechanical or chemical damage, stain, liquid, high temprature or fire;
- product does not seem to be changed or repaired by customer;
- goods are returned with invoice.
APPLICABLE LAW
The law of the Republic of Poland applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
